The Brothers Karamazov Novel by Fyodor Dostoevsky

I ordered a book set ( 7 books), and charged for 7 but only received 6 of them. I tried to contact them on WhatsApp but they ignored me for long and I had to call them many many times. They person on the phone asked me to send my easypaisa number to send the money back for the missing book and didn't send the amount for 2 days. I tried to contact them to either send the money or another book and had to call them for many times more.
They picked up the call and started again about every minute details, the missing books etc, infact it was already on the chat.
After too much inconvenience they sent that money, I also didn't let it go, it's not just about money but they were trying to decieve me and were clearly dishonest and unprofessional.
The person whom I contacted was very rude and acted like a sack of shit. The idea is to irritate the customer and waste their time that they would just give up on the money, but I was frustrated and committed to get what I owed. They realized that and had to send me the money back, but I'm sure there would be hundred of cases that these people just trick people and do this illegal business.
The seller even asked me to not order from them again, because they knew I was in no mode to forget they money to be returned. Don't buy from them, at least open the seal before giving them money, if the delivery man doesn't allow simply dont give the money. These are dishonest and unprofessional sellers. I've all the chats with me if someone wants to confirm. Beware of frauds and look for other authentic places.
Name to Dua rakha hai lakin kitni logon ki badduaen in ka Saath Hain. This book store is doomed to be exposed and failed sooner or later.
