POOREST SERVICE EVER!

i ordered 6 books from there website, received my parcel quite late, i gave full payment to the rider but when i opened the parcel, 1 book was missing, i straight away called the rider but he asked me to contactthe store (he was right!)

i immediately contacted their customer care whatsapp number (mentioned on website) but nobody picked it up, i sent whatsapp messages that were delivered but no response from the seller.. i sent them email but no reply to the email as well.. i tried to contact them for next few days but their was no responce.. Kindly don’t order from their website or order at your own risk as if any of your books would be missing then you wouldn’t get the book or your money back..
