Despicable delivery service

I'm giving the two stars only because of the books, which were okay quality. But the service... I'm not sure I'll be buying from this store again. They shipped the order after a week, even being in the same city. Then their rider refused to come to my location, insisting he drops it another location from there I had ordered previously, even though the new order had new address. When I insisted he come on the address on the order receipt, he lied that he couldn't see the current location I had sent him on WhatsApp. And then went away. I called their business number, told them everything, and asked them to deliver my order. I got a lukewarm response of "we're looking into it" then radio silence for two days more and then finally the order came. So, yeah, not sure I'll be buying from them again.
