So I ordered 10 books and I got them all, I am overall satisfied with my order but one of the books was sent to me twice and one of the books that ordered was missing but the total count of books was still 10. I was okay with that but then I mentioned it to the representative on WhatsApp number so they know about it and they assured me that I should call them tomorrow and they'll get it sorted. When I called the next today they had no idea what I was talking about and said they will check it and let me know but never contacted me again. I understand the sending of the wrong book was a mistake and I can deal with it but if you have a problem do not expect resolution.

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
