Feedback on My Recent Order – Very Disappointed

I recently ordered 10 books from your store after seeing your reels, where the books looked high-quality, with good pages and even bookmarks included. Based on that, I was excited and placed a large order.

However, upon receiving my parcel and opening the first book, I was shocked. The pages were worse than newspaper quality, and the printing was extremely poor. This was far from what I expected based on your promotional content. I felt deeply disappointed and regretted my purchase.

One specific example is the book Can We Be Strangers Again, which I bought for 400 PKR. The paper quality and printing are not even worth that price. I was not expecting this, especially in the blessed month of Ramadan.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your quality to meet customers' expectations. Transparency in advertising is crucial, and misleading customers is not a good practice.

I am very disappointed with this experience and would appreciate a response from your team.
